The price of every plan and Drops pack is shown on the pricing page and again at checkout. The total shown at checkout, before you pay, is the amount charged.
- Payment
Credit card, processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number.
- When you are charged
Paid plans: the first charge is when you subscribe, or when a free trial ends if the plan has one. After that, your plan renews and is charged automatically on each renewal date.
Drops: charged once, when you buy.
- Automatic renewal
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
- How to cancel
You can cancel online at any time, in the subscription management in your account. No phone call or email is needed. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
After you cancel, renewal stops and you can keep using the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds
As a rule, subscriptions are not refundable. If you cancel, renewal stops and you can keep using the service until the end of your paid period.
As a rule, Drops are not refundable (if Drops are used up because of a system fault, we will restore them rather than refund).
If there are special circumstances such as double billing, a billing error, unauthorised use or a long outage, please contact us.
- Delivery
Your plan or Drops are available immediately after payment is completed.
- Customers under 18
If you are under 18, please buy only with your parent or guardian's consent. See age and consent.
- Customers in Japan
A notice under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions is available in Japanese.
