AnsGrape

Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms set out the conditions for using “AnsGrape” (including its Chrome and Edge extensions, website and API; the “Service”), provided by Synfortech (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Article 2 (Accounts)

You need an account to use the Service. You can log in with a code sent to your email address, or with Google or Apple.

You are responsible for managing your login credentials. You may not let others use your account.

Article 3 (Storing the content you capture)

The Service stores the problems you capture (including selected text and images of areas you draw a box around), the answers and explanations generated for them, and what you enter as questions or as your own answers, linked to your account.

Stored content is kept until you delete it from your history or delete your account.

You can delete individual history items, delete your whole history, or delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all data linked to it — including login information, history and usage counts — is deleted.

Article 4 (Sending content to AI)

To generate and verify answers, the content of the problems you capture is sent to external providers of AI models. The providers we use may change based on accuracy, speed and cost.

Please do not capture personal information or other people's confidential information. When capturing an image, take care that other information on your screen does not appear inside the area you select.

Article 5 (Accuracy of answers)

The Service tries to reduce mistakes by verifying with multiple models and showing a confidence level, but does not guarantee that answers are accurate or complete. The confidence level is only a guide. Please check the content yourself before submitting or relying on it.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

You may not use the Service in violation of laws or public order, interfere with its operation, make large-scale automated requests, or circumvent accounts or usage limits.

You are responsible for following the rules of your school, courses and exams. If your use of the Service violates those rules, the responsibility is yours.

Before recording a class or a conversation, make sure you have the permission of the people around you (teachers, friends and so on) and that your school’s rules allow it. Recording without permission, or showing a recording to others without permission, is prohibited. Confirming that permission is your responsibility.

Note summaries and answers are written by AI from what the note contains and can contain mistakes. Always check the evidence shown and the original material.

Article 7 (Pricing and usage limits)

The free plan has a daily usage limit (reset every day at midnight Japan time). We plan to offer a paid plan as a monthly subscription; details and prices will be announced separately.

Features shown as “Unlimited” (for example, normal questions on the Max plan) are still subject to fair use, so that everyone can use the service comfortably. If use goes far beyond normal use — such as heavy automated access, sharing an account or providing access to third parties — we may set a daily limit or temporarily restrict or suspend use. We may review these limits depending on the state of the service.

A special (campaign) price applies only to the first billing period. From the next renewal, the regular price is charged.

Article 8 (Changes and suspension)

We may change the Service, or suspend or end it. If we change these terms, we will announce it on the Service.
